Making a Purchase
- We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
- We accept Visa, Discover and Mastercard.
- We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you can send in your card information via phone, fax or post.
- If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake for you.
- All ‘In stock’ and ‘Out of stock’ inventory information is subject to prior sales. Please contact us for current availability.
- When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

- You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

- JP Automation Inc. can accept, for exchange or return, items which were purchased direct from us within the last 14 days and return the product in further 14 days in new resalable condition, including the cost of delivery. Your refund will be paid in paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This returns policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
- Product images may differ from the actual product received. Please ensure right product codes are used for purchasing.
Delivery Schedule
- We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 30 days.

Return Policy
This excludes non-standard and custom products.
- Products ordered will have a restock fee. For all orders our returns department will advise if, and what, the restock fee is at the time of the return. Restock fees may vary based on the manufacturers return policy. Buyers returning goods are responsible for freight and shipping charges. - These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
- None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Cancellation policy
- If you need to cancel your order and it has already been processed, shipped, assembled or received in our warehouse there may be a restock fee. Every effort will be made to cancel your order, however, order cancellation is subject to our manufacturer’s cancellation policy.
- If the product has been special ordered, is a non-stock item or is being built to customer specifications it will be non-cancelable.
Non-stock, Non-standard & custom products
- Non-stock, non-standard and custom products are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
- Non-stock, non-standard or custom products are defined as products that are special order, custom orders, orders built to customers specifications, assembled or modified products, products not stocked by JP Automation Inc. or orders for value-added products. JP Automation Inc. follows our manufacturer’s return policies.
Warranty returns
- JP Automation Inc. sells new products and honors all manufacturer warranties. Warranties do vary by manufacturer.
- Products returned must be new, unused and in their original undamaged boxes with original packing material and product literature. All returns will be inspected upon arrival to our warehouse.

JP Automation, Inc. Refer & Save Program Terms and Conditions
The JP Automation Refer & Save Program offered by JP Automation, Inc has been created to reward our loyal Customers (“the referrer”), for recommending us to their friends (“the referred”) who later on sign on to become JP customers. Please read the following Refer & Save Terms and Conditions carefully as it contains important information about our program.
- By participating in the Program, you agree to the Refer & Save Terms and Conditions, Site Terms and Conditions and the Site Privacy Policy entirely.
- If you disagree you are not authorized to participate in the Program.
- JP may also, in its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program without notice.
- JP reserves the right to disqualify any customers or prospective customers at any time from participation in the Program.
How the Referral Credits works
JP customers can earn referral credits towards their future purchases if:
- The Referrer, a current customer of JP, refers a Friend by sharing his email address on the REFER A FRIEND tab on the JP website.
- The Referred is then required to purchase a product from the JP Automation website adding your name (Referrer’s name) and (Referrer’s email information) under the additional information tab while making the purchases.
Eligibility
To be eligible for participation in the Program:
- The Referrer must be a current Customer of JP.
- The participants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- JP reserves the right to find any Participant ineligible in the Program at its sole discretion.
Reward Conditions
- Depending on the value of the item and the federal, state, and local tax laws participants may be responsible for the taxes on the rewards.
- Participants are solely responsible for reporting or paying any associated tax liability related to the items and the rewards program.
Conduct
JP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit any Member from participating in any aspect of the Program if JP deems or suspects that such Member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following:
- Acting in violation of these Program Terms and Conditions.
- Damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program or Site.
- Acting with intent to annoy or abuse any other person.
- JP shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Program Terms and Conditions.
Liability
By participating in the Program, Participants release JP, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising, and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability that may arise from loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program and/or the use of any Program rewards.
Disclaimer
JP disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in the Program, and reserve the right, in JP’s sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Program should an unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond JP’s control, corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Program. JP shall not be liable to any Participant for failure to supply any credit or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s) regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental entity, whether action(s), order(s), or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid, equipment failure, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, earthquake, tornado, war, unusually severe weather, explosion, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, or any other similar cause beyond any of the Released Parties’ control.
Exclusions
Mitsubishi products are excluded from the Refer & Save program. Other exclusions may also apply based on the specials that JP automation, Inc. has going on during the time.
